Childrens Matters

We help clients work through resolving issues with the care and welfare of their children post separation to ensure parents and children are comfortable with the arrangements to be put in place for their children's future care.

NEEDS & RESPONSIBILITY

We work with clients to assist them through compulsory family dispute resolution and to engage with family consultants and psychologists who prepare reports and make recommendations as to what care arrangements are in the best interests of the children.

Our lawyers are experienced in dealing with allegations of child abuse, Department of Human Services matters and Childrens' Court appearances.

We further when required monitor compliance with drug and alcohol counselling, rehabilitation, testing and reporting obligations.

We also assist clients with the review of and amendments to outdated or unworkable Parenting Plans or Court Orders that require change to suit current circumstances.
